La Reacción En Cadena De
Participants create a chain reaction of events (an original itinerary with obstacles) which guide a particular element from the start of the chain to the end of it.
Participants are split in teams. A task and a certain work area on the itinerary are assigned to each team. Everything happens against the clock! Communication between teams will increase during the assembly, together with the need for collaboration. Any wheel in this veritable mechanism has an effect over the whole. If all elements are correctly built, the result is completely fabulous.
Some teams will find out that there is a “shift” in what they were assigned to do, thus they need to communicate with the other teams and find a solution to deal with the change.

- Participants become aware of the importance of individual contribution to the final outcome;
- Encouraging each team member by completing a challenge which seems impossible as a group;
- Developing communication for a given purpose, both within the team and with other teams;
