As CEO of Symmetry, Jim and his team have been instrumental in adapting to change for international organizations, fast-growing companies, and Olympic teams.
Author of the bestselling book Taming Tigers (Random House), Jim became a TV jockey (and lost 25% of his body weight) within 12 months of getting on a horse. He became the fastest freediver in the UK within 8 months. Both of these “impossible” adaptations were experiments to test and validate the guide he shares. They were done alongside his day job – as is the case with most transformations.
Jim is internationally beloved for his energy, humor, empathy, and lasting impact on people’s mindsets. Outside of his work, he is a father, friend, helicopter pilot, kundalini yoga practitioner, free diver, and classical pianist.
